How Clear Bay approaches the work
The crew uses soft washing for surfaces that need a gentler approach, including tile roofs, screen enclosures, painted siding and pavers. Pressure washing suits surfaces built to take it.
A typical visit starts with a look at the property and its surfaces. The team protects nearby landscaping, exterior lights, outlets and movable furniture, then cleans with the appropriate method. After rinsing, the crew walks through the result with you.
